Outsourced Backend Email Infrastructure
Challenge: Implementing scalable email infrastructure internally was strategic but a distraction away from our core business.
As an online service provider connecting millions of business professionals, our client had their hands full with managing the content and key functions associated with running their business. They recognized an opportunity to implement highly scalable email-based communication offering to their network participants, however, they were uncomfortable implementing a system internally given a previous attempt that didn't end well.
Results: Implementing a highly scalable email infrastructure not only allowed them to deliver their initial capability to their users but to come up with others.
OMFM was able to implement a back-end system for our client as if we were an internal resource that delivered the initial idea to service users and spawned several other new ones. With the renewed confidence in the added capabilities, company executives were able to test new ideas resulting in winners they hadn't originally envisioned.
